Tomislav Zlatic’s Bio
Tom was born on winter time 1976. in Zagreb, Croatia. After high school education he enrolled Academy of fine Arts in Zagreb, the painting class. Around that time he started making illustrations to earn some pocket money, and occasional hobby resulted in a real interest for the matter. Trying to stretch (broad up) his knowledge about different kinds of expression he attended multimedia class too. He was focused on researching of materials, mediums, formats, process, forms…
Tom really likes to draw and to experiment with all sorts of media and techniques, always hoping to surprise himself. After six years he successfully graduated in spring of 2002. Since then he has been working almost exclusively as an illustrator (a refreshing, useful job indeed).
At the moment Tom enjoy living with his girlfriend in a mansard apartment, going often in nature, sport climbing or refurnishing his wooden boat on a small Island. He has a very active cat too…
