Cecilia Molinuevo’s Bio
Cecilia Molinuevo was born in the city of Buenos Aires in 1970. She is a graphic designer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and forms part of the Forum of Illustrators of Argentina.
She took courses in photography and workshops in ceramics, sculpture, pottery and enamels.
She studied at Sótano Blanco Art School under the direction of the illustrator José Sanabria, specialized in children’s book illustration, creative processes and narrative.
She participated in various exhibitions and contests, including the Compostela International Prize for Illustrated Album, Kalandraka Editorial; Illustrator 2015, Plum Pudding British Editorial; Illustrate 2016, Lisbon Museum, Portugal.
She was also part of the CCRecoleta exhibition of the Forum Illustrators and the Children’s Book National Fair. She Currently works as free-lancer for different editorial and creative projects.
